    Brenda has over 19 years of experience as a Family Law Paralegal and has been with the firm since 2004. Brenda handles the step-parent and relative adoption with special emphasis on adoptions with immigration issues, such as re-adoption, finalization of inter-country adoptions and international adoptions of non-resident alien children by U.S. citizens. Originally from Canada, Brenda moved to Florida in 1976. She attended Orlando College, earning her degree in Legal Studies in 1989. Brenda is a Florida Bar Registered Paralegal and a Florida Licensed Private Investigator. Brenda's specific expertise is in her attention to detail and her extraordinary analytical skills. She prides herself on "doing it right the first time," and her thoroughness is impressive to even the most precise clients.

    Nyree has nearly 11 years of experience as a Family Law Paralegal and has been with the firm since 2004. Nyree handles all of the firm's private intermediary adoptions and all interstate adoption cases as well as cases involving the Department of Children and Families (DCF). Originally from Guyana, she moved to the United States as a child, and completed her Bachelor's Degree in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida. Nyree is a Florida Bar Registered Paralegal. Nyree has specific expertise in complex adoption cases and can be relied upon to handle even the most difficult cases with experience, professionalism and diplomacy.

    Linda has managed the law firm since 1990. She expertly handles all aspects of the law firm administration, personnel, and the complex accounting of client funds. Originally from Wisconsin, Linda moved to Florida in 1987, where she and her husband have raised two sons. Prior to coming to Florida, Linda managed a large company in Wisconsin, handling virtually all of the administrative and human resources issues. Linda's commitment to excellence has been the driving leadership force within the firm for nearly two decades and she is respected and trusted by the staff and clients because of her integrity and honesty.

    Trish has over 19 years of experience as a Family Law Paralegal and has been with the firm since 2005. Trish handles adoption agency finalizations, contested and non-contested termination of parental rights as well as some stepparent adoptions. Born and raised in Orlando, Trish attended the University of Central Florida earning her degree in Legal Studies and she is a Florida Bar Registered Paralegal. Trish's specific expertise is in the area of litigation and she enjoys the strategies of complex and contested cases. Her dedication and insight is greatly reassuring to her clients. Trish also assists in handling appellate briefs in cases the firm is involved in, or in which the firm is asked to assist as consulting counsel or Amicus Curiae.
